This free workshop builds your resilience to extreme heat, helping you understand heat impacts, create a personal heat plan, and stay safe and cool during heatwaves.
Especially useful for seniors, carers, and those supporting others.
The Canterbury Bankstown Seniors Network, in collaboration with Canterbury Bankstown Council, invites you to an Extreme Heat Preparedness Workshop, facilitated by the Australian Red Cross.
