There is a great deal of fear swirling around us and we know that gathering around the fire, sharing stories, laughing, and just being present together provides us a sense of strength and courage. In this free workshop, we will bring our awareness down from the mind into the heart area as a first step to accessing our inner wisdom. Looking within and listening allows opportunity for us to hear what is sometimes hidden from us.We will breathe together, we will listen for our heart intelligence, & make notes of what we hear with the option of sharing with the group.
This experience is inquiry based with each of us being the material of our own investigation. We will discuss energy depletion and renewal as well as how to discern when an emotion is resulting in our depletion or renewal as well as how we can go about shifting into a regenerative emotional state of coherence.
Guided journal prompts will be used so please bring a notebook & pen/pencil. This is a free community workshop but you do need to register- there are limited spaces.
