We begin with a collective Energy Reading for the participants. Each week we cover a new kundalini, breathwork, meditation or energy healing technique. These powerful tools for penetrating the subconscious mind, allow us to access and release pain and trauma, altering our brain chemistry, raising our vibration, to lead a life that's in alignment with truth.

As an Intuitive, my mission is to transform the lives of those struggling, using the power of breathwork, meditation, kundalini and tarot to penetrate the subconscious mind and release trapped trauma, and bring others into connection with their truth. Trauma can manifest physically or mentally, often without us even realising how long it has been repressed. I enjoy creating a spiritual community, who share in the healing journey and in the process of spiritual transformation. Connect by joining an event or interacting on social media.
