Free Empowerment2Be Act Belong Commit Walk or Wheel and Talks in Australind Join us for our Walk or Wheel and Talks on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 10:00 to 10:30 AM, resuming on Wednesday 16 April 2025. These free, inclusive walks are a perfect way to connect with others, stay active, and enjoy the beautiful Leschenault Estuary.
When: Weekly most Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 10:00 AM – approx. 10:30 AM until the weather warms up just pre-summer.
Seasonal Schedule: Runs from April 2025 until approx October, when we switch to 7:00 AM walks
Where: Meet at Christina Park, between the toilet block and playground.
Details: We use the accessible pathway along the estuary, with a pace adjusted to suit attendees. The pathway is suitable for wheelchairs and prams.
Please bring a water bottle, comfortable walking shoes, and SunSmart clothing.
Optional: Grab a coffee from the Coffee Van before or after the walk.

Notes:* There will be no walk on the third Tuesday of each month.
* Walks are subject to cancellation due to unfavourable weather (e.g. rain) or unforeseen events.
* Some breaks may occur later in the year; check here for updates.
Please note there will be no coordinated walks on 22/23 July, 5/6 Aug, 12/13 Aug, 26/27 Aug, 16/17 Sept, 7/8 Oct - You are welcome to walk on these day yourself.
