Elf Workshops at Mermaid Quay – Free Festive Fun for Little Ones!Step inside our magical Elf Workshop this December as Mermaid Quay transforms into a festive playground for families.
Located in Unit 2 (opposite Coffi Co), children can join our team of cheerful elves for a joyful Christmas experience filled with crafts, games and plenty of North Pole magic.
What to Expect
✨ Christmas letter-writing station – post your letters to Santa in our mini post office
✨ Elf-led games – with giant building blocks, presents, candy canes and toys
✨ Elf transformations – rosy cheeks, elf hats, collars and certificates
✨ Weekly craft activity – something new to make and take home each week
There are six sessions throughout each day, welcoming around 110 children in total.

11:00 – 11:40 – 20 children
12:00 – 12:40 – 20 children
1:00 – 1:40 – 20 children
2:00 – 2:40 – 20 children

The first session of the day is a dedicated SEN session, and will be bookable online via Eventbrite.
All other sessions will operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

🎄 Special Guest on 21 December – The Grinch!
On Sunday 21 December, keep an eye out… The Grinch will be roaming Mermaid Quay between 11am–4pm causing mischief, posing for photos and adding his own cheeky twist to the festivities.
Drop in for an Elf Workshop session and you might just spot him on your way!
