About this Event
Come get hands on with labs that can greatly help students learn about biotechnology and biological systems. Also learn about Santa Monica College's offerings for your students; including stackable one or two- year industry-approved certificates in Biotechnology. Certificates will be available to communicate the professional development time to your adminstration. If you'd like to only attend a specific portion of the day, please let us know so we know when to anticipate your arrival and have supplies ready for you.
The days events will be guided by Damon Tighe, Bio-Rad's curriculum and training specialist, who use to be a high school teacher and a researcher on the human genome project. [email protected]
