Mamas and Future Mamas: you do so much and now it is time for us to do something for you! Join us for a free diastasis recti and core screening offered throughout November at Inspire Pelvic Therapy in Grandville. Our pelvic floor therapist Mel will take a 360 degree look at your core including checking for diastasis recti (separation of abdominal muscles), checking c-section scar mobility, examining your breathing patterns, looking at spinal mobility, and more. Issues with the core can put you at risk for future back pain. This event is open to women that are currently pregnant, hope to become pregnant, postpartum, or even many years postpartum.
