About this Event
Come join us for an informative session on The Texas Homebuyer Program! It is a TDHCA program dedicated to providing funds for down payment and closing cost assistance, or a lower interest rate, for low to moderate income Texas homebuyers with flexible options and availability. I’ll also briefly explain down payment assistance programs (DPA) in general in our area. We’ll also have some mingle time and play a real estate trivia game at the end with prizes.
Event is available both in-person and online. Google Meet link will be e-mailed to participants the day before class.
