The three-part documentary film "The Phenomenon" by Bruno Groening provides an impressive insight into the Bruno Groening Circle of Friends and its Communities around the world, showcasing the wonderful effects that the Teachings of Bruno Groening have on people to this day. The film will be shown in three parts with two intermissions on October 18th.

Bruno Groening’s Rise to Fame in the 1950s

Hardly anyone caused a bigger stir than Bruno Groening. Thousands of people came to see him in various German cities. Press, radio, and film continuously report in a sensational style of the occurrences around Bruno Groening as his approach appeared to be in conflict with traditional medical practices at the time. Although he was acquitted of having broken the Healing Practitioners Law, he was not allowed to continue his activities.In order to be able to speak to people in public and therefore continue his mission to bring good to the world, he founded the Groening Association. Communities were formed in many places, where he could hold lectures on a smaller scale. Even though the media continued to harass him until the very end, he never stopped helping where he was needed.

Is the Legal System There to Protect?

Although he only appeared as a lecturer in smaller communities and had largely retracted from the limelight, the manhunt did not stop there. It seems as though authorities had made him out to be someone to be eliminated. Trial after trial, they attempted to discredit Bruno Groening and undermine his work.

In 1955, for example, a trial was initiated against him that would last a full 4 years, going through several instances before being dismissed at Bruno Groening’s death. Throughout this entire time, he never stopped giving to those in need, putting himself second, and by doing so, showed the world the man he was.
