Patients must be 18 or older with a valid photo ID. Limited spots are available on a first come, first served basis. This even is NOT for patients who are phobic, pregnant, or on blood thinners or have uncontrolled blood pressure. Treatments available are fillings, cleanings and extractions only. Excluded procedures are root canals, crowns, dentures and partials.
