You are invited to a free demo class of Body Love Dance Fitness with Lori.Body Love Dance Fitness incorporates movement from many styles of dance as well as martial arts and yoga for a full body and mind journey to overall wellness. Classes are one hour long and include warm-up, a fun, dance-based "get moving" section, cool down and stretching, all to music selected to lift spirit and inspire movement. Our focus is on moving in healthy ways to increase your cardiovascular health, strength, mobility and flexibility as well as your brain fitness.
All of the movements are accessible and adaptable to all body types and capabilities. These classes can be done standing or in a chair. This class will meet you where you are in your health journey.
This class requires no dance experience or even skill! All you need to bring is your joy, enthusiasm and desire to move your body in a way that makes you feel good (and some water and a yoga mat if you wish to use one).
