Wear work-out clothes that’s comfortable: shorts, tank tops, sweat pants, etc
Wear comfortable shoes like sneakers: You will move your feet around a lot.
Bring a bottle of water to class: You need to re-hydrate between dances. Drink plenty after class as well!
We will be using different dance style - like
Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, hiphop, Cumbia, Bachata, Cha Cha, Bollywood, Bhangra.
We use different international music to cover diversity.
Remember, this is a judge free zone & we are here to have fun and exercise w dance based workout.
Do what you can do, and work up to the rest.
No one is here for performance and it’s not a competition. Do what feels right for you! It’s your workout and your time to feel good.
Put a smile on leave negative energy and bring positive energy back . Focus on yourself & love your body.
