Cycle Training - Improve your on-road cycling confidence
Come join us at the UCLAN Sports Arena for a fun and informative 4 week improver course!
This training session is designed to boost your confidence on the road and help you with planning commuiting journeys, whether it be to and from the shop, leisure or that commute to and from work. Our experienced instructors will provide valuable tips and techniques to help you navigate traffic, handle obstacles, devise the most efficient routes and support you to ride safely. Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your cycling skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.
You must be able to cycle for this course. There will be an initail assessment on week one to ensure competence which will give an opportunity to brush up skills for signalling, breaking, cornering if required.
