About this Event
Sunshine Run Crew is helping Restore Hyper Wellness celebrate 5 Years of restoring our St. Pete community with a free 3 mile run around Crescent Lake followed by a 3-minute Cryotherapy session! We'll all meet at Restore, take the run around the lake at your pace and then when you finish your run you can keep the endorphin rush going with a modern day cold therapy session.
