Want to learn how to dance swing? Join us for a crash course in Lindy Hop, a fun and energetic swing dance! We will take you through the basic steps and some moves to get you dancing in no time. No partner or prior experience is required, and the course is completely free!When?
- The course starts at 19:00 and takes a little more than an hour.

What is Lindy Hop? In short, Lindy Hop is one of the original swing dances from the swing era of the 1930s-40s. Born in Harlem, New York, it is an African-American vernacular dance style that emphasizes improvisation and social dancing. Today, it is danced all over the world, with many major cities having Lindy Hop scenes and hosting Lindy Hop festivals throughout the year. If you like the dance, we also have weekly classes in Lindy Hop and Balboa later in the semester.https://ntnuidans.no/dans/1/4
