Join me for a free, 60 minute hands-on workshop designed to help you feel confident responding in an emergency. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, caregiver, or simply want to be prepared, this class will teach you essential life-saving skills in a supportive, judgment-free environment.You’ll learn how to:

➡️Manage choking in infants, children, and adults
➡️Perform CPR effectively
➡️Practice techniques through real-life demonstrations and guided skills practice
Important Details:
📌Space is limited to 16 participants — please register early to reserve your spot. Each person attending must register separately.
📌Each participant (or family group) is asked to bring a baby doll for practice.
📌Due to limited space and the hands-on nature of this class, children cannot accompany parents to the event.
📌This workshop is not an accredited CPR certification course and does not meet formal certification requirements.
