Free CPR and First Aid Training with Certification

Participants will learn the basics of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) techniques and procedures for adults and children, including chest compressions and rescue breaths. In addition, the certified instructor will review the essentials of first aid care including wound care, bleeding control, splinting and managing common medical emergencies such as allergic reactions, heart attacks and strokes. Finally, participants will learn how to use an automated external defibrilator(AED) effectively in the event of sudden cardiac arrest. This training includes hands on practice sessions with realistic scenarious. Upon successful completion of this training, participants will receive a CPR/First Aid certification that is nationally recocognized and meets industry standards, valid for 2 years.
