Join Get Shit Done🧑💻 How It Works:
Each Get Shit Done session is 5.5 hours long, including sprints, breaks, lunchtime, and post-sprint reflection. Start with a short intro where everyone shares their background and the three tasks they want to finish.
Each sprint is 45-52 minutes long to optimize the brain’s focus capacity, based on research. Between each sprint, we take a 10 to 15-minute break to share progress, top up our coffee, shake our booties, and take some deep breaths. 💨
Why It Works (the Science Behind It):
👭🏽 Body doubling involves working with others to improve focus through social pressure, driven by mirror neurons. Studies show it enhances performance by 16-32% and boosts motivation and creativity.
