Moorditj Cooking Classes – Free 4-Session Program for Aboriginal Families!Wheatbelt Aboriginal Health Service is excited to invite our local Aboriginal community to a 4-session cooking program based on the Foodbank NOM (Nutrition Outreach Model) — designed to build skills, confidence, and knowledge around healthy eating!
� Held every two weeks over four sessions, this hands-on program is all about cooking up nourishing meals, sharing stories, and celebrating culture in a safe and welcoming space.
� Each session includes:
� Practical cooking demonstrations
� Nutrition tips and seasonal food ideas
� Bush tucker inspiration
� A delicious four-course meal cooked and shared on the day!
� Starts soon – limited spots available!

� Session 1 - Monday,13th October 10.30 am until 1.30 pm
� Session 2 - Monday, 27th October 10.30 am until 1.30 pm � Session 3 - Monday, 10th November 10.30 am until 1.30 pm
� Session 4 - Monday, 24th November 10.30 am until 1.30 pm
