You’ll enjoy a live cooking demonstration and the chance to taste fresh, flavorful dishes right off the wok. This interactive class highlights simple techniques and healthy ingredients that make stir fry both quick to prepare and delicious to eat. You’ll leave with new ideas, practical tips, and the inspiration to create nutritious meals at home with ease.
A brief presentation on the latest in clinical research will be given at the start of the event. Doors open 30 minutes (11:30 AM) prior to the event start time.
Please note: This event is for those who have never attended a Charter Research event before. Entry will not be granted once the presentation begins.
