About this Event
Remediation means fixing a property to make it lead safe! If you are a handyperson, contractor, or landlord/property manager hoping to complete work on properties, this U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certified training will equip you with skill and knowledge to join the workforce. Please note, landlords/property managers who want to complete work on their own properties, are required by federal law to have this certification.
All classes are free, a refundable deposit is required to reserve a seat. If you do not attend the class, your deposit will not be returned. There is limited seating due to COVID-19 safety measures. A mask is required to attend this class. Lunch is on your own.
Note: Your rental properties must be registered with the City of Cleveland Building and Housing Department.
