Nicolas (Nick) Castillo, Managing CPA at Bright!Tax
Nick is a US-Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Miami. Registered in Florida, Nick boasts five years of International Tax experience, making him a cornerstone of Bright!Tax’s network of expertise.
An avid traveler with close familial ties to Spain, Nick recently took things a step further and moved there himself. As a new member of the international US expat community, he is a passionate advocate for US tax literacy and is capable of handling all types of tax projects.
With small business owners in particular, Nick aspires to democratize Fortune 500-level tax strategies and deploys his deep knowledge of IRS Tax Code and Regulations to bring his clients the same savings that large-scale business owners benefit from.

Alex Ingrim, Chartered MCSI and US Financial Advisor
Alex is a financial advisor living in Europe. He specializes in helping English-speaking expats (particularly Americans) plan for their move to Europe or optimize their finances once here.
Passionate about enabling Americans abroad to live free from financial stress, Alex is a staunch advocate for education on the vast opportunities Americans have to live abroad. He is also an active participant in the US expat community in Florence, where he lives with his family.

Scott Evans, CFA, CFP at Chase Buchanan
Scott Evans, CFA, CFP® is a fiduciary, fee-based, financial advisor who specializes in working with Americans moving abroad, US citizens and green card holders retiring outside of the US, and global families with US connections.
Scott has worked in the wealth management industry for over 20 years and is an expert in financial planning across multi-country tax and regulatory regimes. He designs comprehensive financial plans incorporating investment management, tax-efficient retirement income distribution, social security optimization, cash-flow management, and cross-border estate planning.
Scott is a CFA charter holder and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professional, the most respected designations in the investment management and financial planning industries.
Scott received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has earned three graduate degrees: a Master of Finance from the University of Colorado, an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, all with honors.
Scott was born in Germany, grew up in Colorado, and has lived and worked in Hong Kong, mainland China, and Japan. Scott is now back in the US and lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife and two sons.
