Tré Burt is an American singer-songwriter and folk musician known for his soulful voice and introspective storytelling. Based in California, he emerged with a style that combines traditional folk, blues, and Americana. His signing with Oh Boy Records, the label founded by John Prine, brought him wider recognition. Burt’s debut album with the label, “Caught It From the Rye,” showcased his talent for weaving poignant narratives into haunting melodies. His music explores themes of love, loss, and social justice with raw emotion and authenticity, making him a unique voice in the modern folk scene.
