Want to learn more about digital skills? United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley is offering free computer classes at the Bloomer Public Library for 12 weeks. Classes are limited to 15 participants. Each participant that attends a minimum of 8 classes will be placed in a drawing for a free laptop! Register at the library or by calling 715-568-2384. Topics covered in this self-paced class include: Components of a computer, mouse & keyboard use, using an Internet browser, creating & using email, creating, editing, & printing documents,
Windows 10/11, social media, telehealth, Microsoft Office Suite and more! The class will meet on the following Mondays from 9:30-10:30 am and a laptop and headphones will be available for use during the classes.
