Lake Forest residents can get free compost at the Sports Park on March 15. The event, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., is sponsored by the City and OC Waste and Recycling. Composting reduces water use and helps prevent unwanted W**d growth. The Sports Park is at 28000 Rancho Pkwy. First come, first serve. Limited to 4 (four) bags per household.
