Join soulwork x Energy Awaken for a free, slow, grounding yoga class for women who are craving rest.
We’ll move gently, breathe deeply, and create space to listen to the body without forcing, fixing, or striving.
This practice is about:
🦋settling the nervous system
🤍releasing tension
🌻reconnecting with yourself
No experience needed. All bodies welcome. Rest is encouraged.
Held at Energy Awaken Studio in Hamilton.
Space is limited to 12 mats.
If your mind is running and your body has been asking you to slow down, you’re welcome here.
