We gather each week for an hour of yoga, movement, healing, and sharing. Everyone is welcome!Yoga teachers in the community create a space and time for an evolving community of practice! We welcome folks that are new to yoga and experienced practitioners, as well as Flagstaff visitors.

Space and props including mats are available for up to 20 people. Participation is free. Donations to teachers are appreciated, but not required.
