Join us this summer for Yoga in the Park on Sundays at noon! This Essential Hatha community class is FREE will run through September. Location:
This class meets at Normandy Oaks Park in Royal Oak. We usually have class between the splash pad and soccer field under some shaded trees. The parking lot closest to our location can be accessed from Delemere or Nakota.
Free Registration:
Pre-registration via Mindbody or Fitgrid is recommended so you can sign the waiver in advance, and to notify you in the event of cancellation due to inclement weather. We will post class cancellation notices on Facebook and Instagram, and you will receive an email from Mindbody/Fitgrid if you register in advance.
Bring a yoga mat and water, and take in the fresh air and sunshine with us! Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early so we can begin class at noon.
