Join us this spring and summer for Yoga in the Park on Sundays at noon! This Essential Hatha Community class will begin Sunday, May 5, and run through September.Class will meet at Normandy Oaks Park in Royal Oak behind the pavilion. Bring a yoga mat and water!
This community yoga class is FREE to all Namaste students. Pre-registration via Mindbody is recommended to notify you in the event of inclement weather.
