Join the Yoga Parkside Foundation for free community yoga at the beautiful waterfront at Niawanda Park in the City of Tonawanda right in front of the bandshell.Yoga Parkside Foundation exists to promote and champion health equity and wellness for all in Buffalo, NY. By offering welcoming spaces that promote safety through trauma-informed care and practices, we are working to address the social determinants of health for Buffalo folks, with a priority for BIPOC and New American communities. Yoga Parkside seeks to uplift bodies of all shapes and sizes regardless of race, gender, or sexuality.
If you haven’t tried yoga before, this class is for you!
This is an all levels class that will help you get into your body, breathe a little deeper and maybe stand a little taller.
