More Info about Helena Mock:
Helena is a RYT-200 with an additional 150 hours of yoga teacher training and is working toward her Yin certification. Helena worked as a fitness trainer and aerobics instructor prior to attending college. After nearly 3 decades of raising her family and building her business, Helena turned to yoga as a way to cultivate peace and calm within her busy life.
