Bring a workout mat & water. A plus if you have dumbbells.
A typical workout consists of
-15 minutes stretching and warming up
-30 minutes cardio and strength training
-15 minutes core and cool down
Arrive 15 minutes prior to check-in.
Stephanie Lopez is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Yoga Instructor, and Holistic Fitness Coach. She specializes in extreme weight loss- with over 120lbs down personally- High Intensity Interval Training, Strength Training and more. Stephanie has been in business for three years running outdoor group fitness classes and training various clients with limited range of motion, mobility, athletic levels, and through performance injuries. Wherever you’re starting, Holistic Fit. is for anyone that wants to change their life and is ready to be consistent.
