Feed Your Soul Fitness Walking Group – Free Community EventJoin us for an evening walk around beautiful Berkeley Lake where there are beautiful views of the mountains and lake!
This free community walking group is all about connection, movement, and fresh air.
We'll meet at **6:00 PM** and aim for **one-two laps around the lake** (about 1-2 miles total), but feel free to go at your own pace and do what feels good for you. (One lap around the lake is 1 mile and approx 20 min depending on your walking speed)
Whether you’re looking to boost your step activity, meet like-minded people, or just enjoy a peaceful walk in nature, you’re welcome here!
Please meet at the play ground by the rec center at 6:00pm. We will begin walking at 6:15pm. Bring water. and sunglasses.
