Join us for this free sound bath as we honor our community's continued healing from Hurricane Helene. On this day last year our landscape of WNC changed forever - both the earth and our lives. Kelly will guide you through gentle breathwork and a soothing sound bath session.Pre-registration is required! Limited space - this class will fill up! Please bring something to lay on (wooden floors) and anything else to provide you comfort. Limited props available. Feel free to bring a journal to write about your experience.
