Settle into stillness and let soothing crystal bowls, tuning forks, and gentle guided breath help your nervous system unwind. This free, donation-based community sound bath is an inclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming space to rest, reset, and reconnect.
What to expect
- 60 minutes of restorative sound (crystal bowls, chimes, tuning forks)
- Light grounding + intention setting
- Extended savasana with layered soundscapes
- Gentle return to wakefulness
Who it’s for
Anyone seeking relaxation, stress relief, creativity flow, or emotional balance. First-timers welcome—no experience needed.
What to bring
A yoga mat, blanket, pillow (eye pillow optional), water, and anything that helps your body feel comfortable. Dress cozy.

Location: 719 W 19th Street, Costa Mesa, CA
Sessions: 7:00 PM and 8:15 PM (choose one during checkout)
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
