About this Event
Join Mari for an evening of deep rest and energetic alignment. This sound healing event combines crystal bowls and Reiki to support inner stillness, emotional clarity, and nervous system balance. Please bring anything that will enhance your experience such as a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, and pillow.
Don’t have a yoga mat? No worries, one will be provided, but arrive early, as they are very limited.
About Mari
Mari is a certified Reiki practitioner and sound bath facilitator with a passion for holistic healing. She has bachelor’s degree in psychology and current graduate student in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University. She hopes to blend holistic healing practices with modern therapy. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing happens on multiple levels: mind, body, and spirit. She plans to integrate sound healing into her future therapy practice to support clients in finding deeper emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and self-connection.
