Join us for a FREE Community Self-Defense Class hosted by D1 Training Edmond and Veritas Jiu Jitsu.
This beginner-friendly class focuses on situational awareness, basic self-defense movements, escape techniques, and building confidence for real-life situations. No experience is needed, and all ages are welcome.
The class is led by Justin Overton, owner of Veritas Jiu Jitsu, with hands-on participation optional. You’re welcome to observe and learn at your comfort level.
