We will meet and practice in the Eastern end of the hall.Participants will be led through approximately 45 minutes of stretching and flowing movements and a short standing meditation--all designed to reduce tension, increase energy and improve feelings of well-being.
People are invited to participate sitting or standing.
Class will end with plenty of time for participants to return to work from their lunch break or to ask questions and/or socialize.
No equipment needed.
