What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a relaxing, meditative experience where you are surrounded by the soothing sounds of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The vibrations help calm the mind, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation. No experience is needed—just come as you are!
How to Prepare for Your Sound Bath
You can sit in a chair or lie down on a yoga mat—whatever feels best for you.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing to help you relax fully.
Bringing a mat, blanket, or pillow can make you more comfortable if lying down. An eye mask can also enhance relaxation.
Drink water before and after, as sound therapy can help release tension in the body.
A light meal beforehand is best, as a full stomach might feel uncomfortable. Avoid caffeine if possible, as it can make relaxation harder.
Arriving early allows time to find your spot and ease into a calm state before the session begins.
There’s no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath. Just relax, keep an open mind, and let the sounds wash over you.
