About this Event
Also known as the Beginner’s class, the Hot Series follows a classic sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, including warm up postures that are focused on spinal health and mobility. The same 26 postures are performed in two sets, so that you get a chance to master the alignment of each pose. The room is heated to a relative climate of 105 F and 40% humidity.
Open to everyone, all bodies and all levels of ability. Bring family and friends! Remember to hydrate before and after class! Arrive 15 minutes early, no late entries.
You will need:
- A mat and full-length towel (both available to rent at the front desk: $2 mat, $3 towel).
- Bring your own water bottle, as we do not sell bottled water at the studio.
