The Free Fitness Classes at the View Royal Community Center have now moved to Sundays at 4:00 PM! Everyone is welcome. Come join fitness instructor Jessica at the community center (279 Island Highway) as she combines fun movements with music, exploring a mix of aerobics, strength, stability, and flexibility. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. No registration required. A standard fitness waiver will be provided at the start of each class and must be signed prior to participation. ?
