I would like to invite anyone who has been to class/retreat this year to join me at a local park on 11th December from 8:30am. I will bring some fruit to share and invite you to bring a small sweet or savoury place to share if you so wish as well. I will lead you through some yoga, breathwork and relaxation and perhaps a mindful walk before we sit and enjoy some brunch together under the trees. This is a gift for you all to say thank you for your support, your warmth and your beautiful hearts. Hope you can make it. Please rsvp for catering
