Join us to support our Yoga Teachers in Training. Each of our beloved and dedicated Yoga teacher students will be offering a one hour class to practice their guiding skills on the mat. We welcome the community to practice with us and offer any supportive suggestions to help them become a fearless and confident yoga instructor.This class is FREE. Please arrive early. Sign up online.
