Join the City of Federal Way and South King Tool Library for our FREE community clothing swap. Drop off fall/winter clothing, accessories and shoes at the South King Tool Library from November 1st - 22nd Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays 10am-2pm, Wednesdays 2-6pm. Items should be clean, usable and seasonally appropriate. No children’s items. Then come shop for FREE on Saturday, November 22nd.
