Class Times:
- 1:30pm to 2:00pm - Ages 3 to 5
- 2:15pm to 2:45pm - Ages 6 to 11
- 3:00pm to 3:45pm - Ages 12 to 17
- 4:00pm to 4:45pm - Ages 18+
There is free parking and the building is fully accessible as well. I recommend you or your child wear clothes they are comfortable exercising in and that you bring along water. Otherwise, we will provide everything that is needed!
