Join us on Thursday, April 3rd, for a full day of free movement classes at PNW Fitness! Whether you want to ease into the day with Senior Yoga, challenge yourself with a high-energy HIIT session, build strength and stability in Balance Yoga, or let loose in Ecstatic Dance, thereβs something for everyone! Take one class or join us for all, it's up to you!

Non-members who participate in any class will receive a complimentary day pass, granting full access to our facilities for the day! Simply sign our waiver and media release form upon arrival and bring a valid photo ID.
*All classes will be first come first served and will be recorded for promotional purposes.
β What should I bring with me?
Please bring a valid photo ID, as well as a towel, water bottle, appropreate workout gear, and a lock if you will need to use our lockers.

π Meet Your Instructor: Carl - Senior Yoga
Carl brings a unique perspective to yoga instruction, having discovered the practice as a solution to chronic pain developed during his 30-year career in film and television production. His teaching style emphasizes the gentler, meditative aspects of yoga with special attention to accessibility for all body types and abilities.
Carl's soothing voice and compassionate instruction create a judgment-free space where everyone can experience the rejuvenating benefits of mindful movement.

Keith Love, our Fitness Manager with 30+ years of experience, brings expert guidance to every session. His HIIT class delivers the intensity of personal training in a motivating small-group setting, combining strength, endurance, and fat-burning circuits for maximum results. With Keithβs personalized coaching and form correction, youβll push your limits safely and effectively, perfect for those wanting a high-impact workout with expert support.

π Meet Your Instructor: Kenzie - Yoga and Ecstatic Dance
Both evening classes will be led by Kenzie, a passionate movement facilitator specializing in yoga, dance, and somatic healing. With a background in guiding individuals to connect with their bodies through breath, movement, and music, Kenzie creates a space for you to explore, grow, and express yourself fully.
