The biggest wellness event is coming to the East Valley! You won't want to miss it! Heal Yourself ~ Heal Your World Wellness Expo is back celebrating its 18th year on Saturday February 15th. My name is Sarah Spearin, owner of Syncing Into Bliss, LLC. I'll have a table here, plus you can attend my free class!

☮️Please bring your own props. Getting comfortable will be very important! Highly recommend yoga mat, blanket, head pillow, eye pillow and something to place under your knees if being flat is not comfortable.
☮️Just show up! No need to pre-register. Availability is based on a first come, first serve. As of now, class is tentatively set to take place in the Aerobics Dance Studio. But if things change, I'm sure there will be signage or staff directing people on where to go.
