Join us for Balance & Brews, a free 50-minute yoga pop-up at Stone Brewing Richmond centered on strength, and mindful movement. This practice emphasizes purposeful transitions, standing balance poses, and steady pacing to help you feel grounded, energized, and present.
Expect an approachable flow, no prior yoga experience required. After class, unwind and enjoy 20% off a drink or snack!
Registration: All attendees must register in advance by creating an account at either www.reformemethod.com or www.thehotyogabarre.com , navigating to the schedule page, and signing up for for the class.
Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time so we can get you checked in and set up.
What to bring: Yoga mat + water. Shoes must be worn if off of your mat while attending class.
