About the speaker:
Paula Wolfel is a Travis County Master Gardener and the founder of Grit and Grace Gardening. She started Grit and Grace to help her community learn how to garden using organic, sustainable, and environmentally conscientious practices. She's passionate about sharing ways to create and use harvests for healthier eating habits while building relationships around the garden and the table. She started and managed school and community gardens where she teaches how to garden in conjunction with tailored curricula. She consults for homes and small businesses in Travis, Hays, and Franklin Counties in Texas, as well as in Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. She completed the State of Texas Master Gardener Advanced Training in Home Vegetable Gardening through Texas A&M Agrilife and is the author of the Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Office monthly articles on vegetable gardening in Austin.
