For anyone currently coming to classes, this is a relaxed and fun event (with a trip to the pub afterwards for anyone who wants to!) where we’ll go over some of the trickier choreography and techniques to try and ease the frustrations of not.quite.getting.it in class! 😂 We have another month of this routine before it changes again, so it’s worth doing! No need to book on GymCatch, we can share trampolines if more than 14 turn up, but it’d be good to get an idea of interest by responding to this event please 😊
